Straight Bourbon
Straight bourbon is a type of bourbon that has been aged for at least two years and has not been blended with any other type of whiskey. Straight bourbon must be aged in new charred oak barrels, and there are no limits on the size of the barrel. This means straight bourbon is a pure form of bourbon. They are often used in cocktails or neat (without mixers).
