Specialty Bourbon
A specialty bourbon is generally a type of small-batch or single-barrel release that has been aged uniquely, such as a store pick, cask strength, and aged in special barrels such as Cognac, French Oak, Sauternes, Calvados casks, or Port wine barrels.
